About Us

We are a locally owned business founded in 2022. Susan Taylor owns Taylor's HVAC & Home repair but I could not do any of this without my business partner / Husband Randy Taylor. I, myself have been a business owner for the past two years which has taught me so much in itself. I have several license which were obtained by Martin community college as well as Edgecombe community college. I am now in the process of acquiring my own general contractor license but as for now we are partnered with a general contractor to make sure we can handle all jobs big or small. This company all started out as side work, just a dream in all honesty, we started by helping our locals here and there when needed but as the work progressed we decided to take it to the next level with taking a leap of faith and making it official. We decided between my business and office experience and my husbands experience in the field, we could make it work! I decided to learn and he wanted to teach me.

Randy has over 15 years worth of experience in home repair and remodeling. As far as our heating, ventilation and air conditioning side, between the two of us and our service technicians we have over ten years or experience with commercial and residential work.

We are Insured and bonded, we also have workers comp with COI papers that are presented at the start of every job.
