Join us on February 5th for a Ribbon Cutting Ceremony to celebrate our official name change from East Carolina Council, Boy Scouts of America to Scouting America - East Carolina Council. This momentous occasion will mark a new era for Scouting in our community. The official ribbon cutting will begin around 11 am at 313 Boy Scout Blvd Kinston, NC.
