Join us on February 5th for a Ribbon Cutting Ceremony to celebrate our official name change from East Carolina Council, Boy Scouts of America to Scouting America - East Carolina Council. This momentous occasion will mark a new era for Scouting in our community.
The official ribbon cutting will begin around 11 am at 313 Boy Scout Blvd Kinston, NC. Parking will be limited so please arrive early. If you have any questions please contact our office.
